Seriously, I have always loved the Indiana Jones series. In fact, when I was younger, I told everyone I was going to teach college History, and be an archeologist on the side just like Indy. That was until I realized how NON-conducive it was to raising a family. So, I'll just live by proxy through Indiana... I'm SO freaking excited for this movie! Did I mention that earlier? Can May 22nd get here any FASTER!? Brad, wanna go on a date? I know a good movie that'll be showing...scribbled by Carrie at 5:56 PM 2 scribbles...

What's for Dinner?
I LOVE to make and to eat this for dinner! It's pretty easy, yummy and filling. I've had requests for the recipe, so I figured I'd put it here for everyone to check out and make if you wanna. My family calls it "Stromboli" or "The Braid". You can call it whatever you want. Just enjoy! Start off early in the morning by pulling two frozen Rhodes Bread loaves out of your freezer to thaw. Let them sit until they are thawed and have risen. Once they have risen, start cooking your center filling. For two loaves, I use 2 lbs of hamburger. Brown the hamburger. You can add onion if you want. I also use some seasoning salt. While that is browning, cut up your mushrooms, green peppers and carrots. (If you cook like me, you can buy the pre-shredded carrots to make it easier.) Other favorites are celery instead of green peppers. Once your meat is browned, add the veggies and let them steam until they are softened. Once everything is steamed, add cream cheese. For every pound of meat, use one 8 oz cube of cream cheese. So, for two lbs, use two 8 oz cream cheese cubes. Let that melt over the meat mixture. Stir it in when it's soft.

Ok, for all you American Idol fans out there... Can you believe the results from last night!? Holy Crap! I can't believe that Jason is still alive and safe! Poor, poor Brooke. I love the girl, don't get me wrong. But, when she stopped and then started her song over again Tuesday night, I thought she was done for sure. Apparently, she did also. The look on her face was priceless when they called Syesha's name for the bottom two. And we have to say good-bye to Carly. Now, I have to give a shout out to David Cook. I figured he can rock, but I didn't believe he could really sing until Tuesday night. My very very favorite performance of Tuesday night had to be... David Archuleta! Of Course, right? That boy can sing. I love how he turned "Think of Me" from Phantom into a pop song. Very very well done. Let's hear it for the Utahan! Go David, Go David, Go David...

Can I have your... ah.. er.. autograph?
I was at work messing around on the computer trying to get it to work right, when I found THIS picture... I don't know how it got on my work computer, or who took it, but I thought it was interesting. Do you recognize these gentlemen?
