Say Cheese!

Tagen has a new trick....
She loves to flash a BIG Cheeser smile!

This is the progression of how the smile goes....
I LOVE this girl's eyes! Beautiful!!
That's a mouth full of teeth!

This last picture is my favorite.
It's her true smile and her version of winking at me.
I also love the little dimple right below her eye.

She's got us all completely wrapped around her finger
and this cheeser just wraps us even tighter.

Healthy, Wealthy and Well...

"Our little asthmatic"

is feeling 100% better!
Her pneumonia, double ear infection and asthma....
came and left.
We're grateful for priesthood blessings, antibiotics and chicken noodle soup.
Our independent and curious little four year old is better and thriving.
You'd never guess she was so sick.
It's wonderful to have our little spunky ball of joy back in our home.

Our little "sickie"

Is no longer sick.
As you can tell from the pictures, she is free from all the illness and
viruses that kept attacking her poor little body.

She has been completely better since May 12th.
I know it was all a big trial leading up to our sealing.
I'm SO GRATEFUL to know that trial is over.

It's wonderful to have our little happy and content Tagen completely back.
Our little ray of sunshine is here again.

They are both happy and enjoying the wonderful weather we're being blessed with.

Addendum: Brad's neck is still hurting. It's going to be a LONG process.
Tagen is sleeping through the night... once we get her to go to sleep.
BUT... it's definitely an improvement!

Eternity

Brad and I were finally able to take our beautiful daughters to the Holy Temple today to be sealed for time and all eternity. We have hoped, prayed and worked for this special day for a very long time. It is a day I will remember for the rest of my life. There is nothing quite like seeing the love of your life look you in the eye as he promises to love you for eternity. I love Brad more and more every day and I'm grateful for the growth and change that he has experienced. His example and his testimony are two of the things I love most about him.
It was so amazing to have my two beautiful daughters brought into the sealing room, dressed in their beautiful white dresses and glowing like two little angels. It made my heart want to jump right out of my chest. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much today. It was a perfect day full of love, support and the Spirit. It's a day I will never forget.
Here's SOME of the family and friends that
were able to join us for this very special day.
I LOVE Olivia's facial expression in this photo...
And Tagen's in this one....
An Eternal family from here on out AND...
Finally, an ETERNAL companion of my very own.

Tagen's 15 Month Checkup

We went to Tagen's 15 month check up today. (Not that we haven't been to the doctor's office ENOUGH lately!) BUT, at least today there was drastic improvement from last Saturday. When we took her in on Saturday, she had a double ear infection. The doctor put her on a three week course of Augmentin. He thinks she has a sinus infection that hasn't quite gone away for the past few months. There is such remarkable improvement today. I'm ecstatic about it. She's even been sleeping through the night for the past 3 nights. Let's hope it continues.

She's only gained 3 oz in three months. The doctor isn't TOO worried about it because she's been so sick for so long. I'm hoping now that she's starting to feel better, that the weight will start coming back on. I've never had a child in the 40% on anything they measure.

Here are her stats:

Weight: 21 lbs 13 oz. (40%) Height: 32.5" (95%) Head Circumference:18.25" (60%)

Poor Olivia...

(I'm almost embarrassed to post this. I SWEAR my house is clean. My girls wash their hands A LOT.
We live sanitary lives. I don't know why this sickness won't leave my house alone!)

Having DOUBLE EAR INFECTIONS is the pits.

Having ASTHMA stinks.

Having PNEUMONIA is truly horrible.

Having them all together in one little four year old body...
TOTALLY BITES!
